Food
We believe that recovery is fueled by more than just words.
How Food Supports Recovery
Healing from addiction requires rebuilding the body. Our meal program focuses on low-inflammation, high-nutrient foods that help stabilize mood, restore energy levels, and improve cognitive function. Beyond biology, cooking and eating together fosters the essential connections and social skills needed for a successful transition.
